Blind Cupcake Tasting
THE CUPCAKE CHALLENGE:
Cupcakes are EVERYWHERE and have taken over the District. With so many places and varieties to chose from we had to know which is the BEST cupcake in D.C. So we put four places to the test. Here is the lineup:
The flavor of choice (to keep it simple) was vanilla. Our production coordinator placed them on our plates and cut them in half pieces so size wise we couldn't differentiate how big or small a cupcake was. We only took our blindfolds off to take notes. And we really couldn't see a darn thing!
The prices varied and so did the taste, but the winner was clear. Stay tuned to our video page right here on DC50tv.com to watch video, comments, and The Traveling Talk Show bouncing off the walls (that's a lot of sugar in one sitting) We chose our winner and gave out a consolation prize for best icing.
